Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our service. Our refund policy is simple, transparent, and customer-first.
1. Full refund — visa not issued
If UAE ICP rejects your visa application for any reason not caused by incorrect or fraudulent information you provided, you will receive a 100% refund of the full amount paid, including all government fees and GST.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of rejection notification.
2. Partial refund — cancellation before submission
If you cancel your application before we submit it to UAE ICP, you will receive a refund minus a flat ₹500 processing fee.
3. No refund — after submission to ICP
Once your application has been submitted to UAE ICP, the government fees are non-refundable. In this case:
- If the visa is issued: no refund (you have received the service).
- If the visa is rejected: see Section 1 — full refund applies.
4. No refund — false or fraudulent information
If your visa is rejected because the information or documents you provided were incorrect, expired, altered, or fraudulent, no refund will be issued.
5. How to request a refund
- Email refunds@visa.digitalshijil.com with your reference number (UVP-XXXXXX).
- We respond within 24 hours and initiate the refund through Razorpay.
- Refund appears in your account within 5–7 business days.
6. Service credit alternative
If preferred, you may opt for a service credit equivalent to 110% of your paid amount, valid for 12 months on any future application.
