By using UAE Visa Portal (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully.
1. About the Service
UAE Visa Portal is an authorized visa facilitation service operated by Veltis Labs LLC and its Indian processing partners. We assist Indian passport holders in obtaining UAE tourist and visit visas through the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP).
We are not a government entity. Visa issuance, rejection, and processing timelines are at the sole discretion of UAE ICP.
2. Eligibility
- You must be an Indian passport holder with at least 6 months of passport validity.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information matching your passport.
- You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent.
3. Service tiers
- Visa in 60 Minutes (Premium): priority processing. ETA is an average; not a guarantee.
- Visa in 4 Hours (Standard): same-day processing under standard ICP load.
Processing time begins from the moment payment is received and all required documents are verified as valid.
4. Fees and payment
All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include UAE ICP charges, applicable GST (18%), and our service fee. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
5. User obligations
You agree to provide a clear, unaltered scan of your passport's front page. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or stolen documents will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of fees, and may be reported to UAE and Indian authorities.
6. Data and privacy
Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, store, and delete your information in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).
7. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid by you for the specific application. We are not liable for visa rejection by UAE ICP, travel disruptions, or consequential losses.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Calicut, Kerala.
